Yoko Baby. This set is unusual in that the base includes some sort of beads on a wire, presumably to be used for keeping score, and the paddles fit into it for storage:

Hollywood Chewing Gum is a company started by a former American GI who was stationed in France during World War II. Apparently they produced a Jokari set for advertising purposes. Looks similar to other sets made in the 70's.
