Custom Jokari Set
From the Basque Region of Spain and France
This was sold by a French vendor on eBay. There's not much to explain about it that you can't see for yourself in the photos:
The initials "MP" are seen on both paddles. Also, the base bears the inscription: "M. PELLETIER", presumably the artist's name. I have no other information on the history or origin of the piece. I would guess it's from the 1950's.
